I am currently solely and exclusively recruiting for my client who are an award winning design and development agency who work with many blue-chip organisations including BBC, Nike, Sky and Coca Cola. They are looking to add an experienced Flash developer who boasts at least 2-3 years commercial development and a fluency of Flash projects in AS2 and a good knowledge of AS3, a developer who is skilled in OOP practices and any previous experience with games or within the gaming environment will be looked upon favourably. Experience leading a development team or responsibility with project control are preferable skills my client are looking for, any experience with XML, Flex or video streaming is advantageous but not essential.

Heading a team of 3 Flash developers you will be passionate about technologies, an organised team player and be happy working on a such a wide range of high profile projects including websites and gaming applications. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the development of a range of websites and applications and be responsible for some large scale web builds taking full project control. In my clients grade A offices situated in Islington there are currently over 20 technical staff ranging from developers, designers, QA, architects through to senior figures however they are rapidly growing at present so its an excellent time to be considered for this senior opportunity.
