As a part of this ongoing change and improvement agenda the business is seeking to hire a Global Service Delivery Manager to lead delivery of operations and infrastructure strategy.

The Role:

• Drive and manage the maintenance, development and implementation of global technical infrastructure and projects, ensuring adherence to governance requirements and alignment with business and IT strategies

• With Service Managementagree, establish and maintain service level agreements for the provision of world class infrastructure solutions and services to the businesses.

• Liaise with external suppliers/potential suppliers to assess their product and/or service offerings and the applicability to business requirements.

• Management and leadership of the global infrastructure and telecoms team

The Candidate:

• Must have a detailed knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies, IP protocols, and latest Microsoft and other technologies with international project management experience.

• Strong business leader and communicator with demonstrable evidence of successful management of a team; confident in dealing with senior management on equal terms.

• Deep understanding of IT management, sufficient to influence and drive internal and external service providers.

• Ability to interpret business requirements in varying environments, and able to communicate in business and professional terms, the significance of managing IT infrastructure.
