- Regular evaluations of individual contractor performance with line managers
during the contract period through surveys and communications
- Regular evaluations of client organisation with contractors during contract period
- All contractors have a dedicated point of contact at e-Hunters who maintains contact
and who is available for advice and support
- Contractor workforce management is carried out e.g. monitoring of end dates, extensions of contracts, rates etc
- Contractors called at 30/45 days remaining to discuss rehire strategy
- 1:24 Rule – All issues to be responded to within 1 hour and a resolution path forwarded within 24
- Contractor issues reported and logged in Quality System for quarterly root cause analysis review and training development purposes
- Interim references at 3 month period on assignment entered on system to build contractor marketability
