Key areas of the programme include:

  • Regular evaluations of individual contractor performance with line managers

    during the contract period through surveys and communications

  • Regular evaluations of client organisation with contractors during contract period
  • All contractors have a dedicated point of contact at e-Hunters who maintains contact

    and who is available for advice and support

  • Contractor workforce management is carried out e.g. monitoring of end dates, extensions of contracts, rates etc
  • Contractors called at 30/45 days remaining to discuss rehire strategy
  • 1:24 Rule – All issues to be responded to within 1 hour and a resolution path forwarded within 24
  • Contractor issues reported and logged in Quality System for quarterly root cause analysis review and training development purposes
  • Interim references at 3 month period on assignment entered on system to build contractor marketability
  • PAYE Contractors have access to Stake Holder Pensions
